Spiderman, created by Steve Ditko and Stan Lee, is the story of young Peter Parker who gets bitten by a radioactive spider and comes into possession of several spider-like powers such as the ability to weave a net from his wrist, to climb on walls and his famous ‘tingling spider sense’ which warns him of impending disasters. As Peter Parker, he goes through the life of a youthful man struggling with everyday issues such as getting a job and getting his girl (Mary Jane or MJ).
The gift is a boon as well as a curse, though, for as Spiderman, Parker goes through a continuous series of battles with various villains who wish to wreak havoc in the city of New York. From the Green Goblin to Dr. Octopus, from the Sandman to Venom, everyone is bent on turning the citizens’ lives into hell. But, as usual, every time, Spiderman saves the day.
What with his bright red and blue costume and amazing powers, Spiderman has become every child’s favorite super-hero. And if your child is also as besotted with him as the other kids are, what better gift to present him with for his good behavior than Spiderman coloring pages? Yes, I’m sure you’ll agree.
Spiderman coloring pages are available on the internet, absolutely free of cost, easy to download and print. And the best part is the look of astounded wonder that will appear across your child’s cute little face when he sees what his parents have given him as a reward for his good behavior, followed by the hasty greed to color the bare pages as soon as possible in order to pay the super-hero proper respect. Spiderman coloring pages will help you develop your child’s motor skills quite rapidly, and also improve his behavior.
You will be astonished to see how carefully your child will try to color within the lines, so that he does not ruin a precious picture of his favorite character. This will also motivate him to concentrate better. On the other hand, if he knows that this will be the reward for his good behavior, he will try his level best to turn himself into an absolute angel, complete with snowy white wings and a halo on top of his head. So don’t wonder what’s wrong if your kid starts behaving well, for everything is fine – in fact, better than fine.
So become the Super-mom or Super-dad. Just rush to your computer, whip out the printed Spiderman coloring pages, present them to your kid, and enjoy watching him work hard for hours together in order to complete the picture satisfactorily.
Oh, but don’t forget to appreciate his work when he comes to show it to you. If you acknowledge his work well, say by sticking it up on his bulletin board or on the refrigerator, or helping him create his own special Spiderman scrapbook, you’ll give him a reason to feel proud and excited, and see a smile on his face for the rest of the day. I’m sure you’ll want to see that. So don’t wait, get on with the downloading and printing!
