Winnie the Pooh is an affable bear who is always keen to help his friends. Pooh loves honey (he spells it "hunny"), but his endless search for it often gives him more problems than anyone needs. When Pooh runs out of it, he'll ask to borrow a couple of jars (or more) from a friend or try to taste some from a bee hive in the Hundred Acre Woods.
Christopher Robin is a young boy and the only human friend of Winnie the Pooh (and the gang). He lives at the other end of the Hundred Acre Wood and often calls Pooh a "silly old bear."
Tigger is a hyperactive tiger who loves to bounce, and to try new things with gusto, but he often realizes that these endeavors aren't as easy as he thought.
Piglet is a very small pig and another good friend. He has a constant fear of the dark and is very anxious about anything unknown, often heard crying out, "Ohhhh, dear!" Even then, Piglet conquers his fears to help his friends.
Apart from these friends, Winnie the Pooh has loads more, like Rabbit, Owl, Kanga and Roo. All of them inadvertently get themselves involved into various adventures, most of them quite dangerous, but get out of them too, quite shaken, only to get mixed up with the next.
